In June 2014, I received a call on my cell from a nice young lady named Jessica. She was in the neighborhood of one of my listed homes for sale in Warren, NJ and asked if she could come see it. We met in the cul de sac of that home. And I instantly felt a connection with Jess—I just knew that I wanted to help this family find their next home.

We returned for a second look with her husband, Brian. While that home didn't fit what they had envisioned as their dream home, we decided to continue working together. A beautiful client relationship and soon after, friendship, was born! Getting to know my clients on a deep level and helping them navigate the complicated and emotional process of buying a home makes being a Realtor so rewarding!

In Jess and Brian's case, I also got to meet their three beautiful children, parents, siblings, cousins and a loving grandfather. Shopping for a new home can be one of the most exciting AND the most stressful times in life (exponentially greater too, if you also have to sell and if children are in the mix). To be a part of that moment in time creates a strong bond. It's fun to watch everything from the kids picking out their rooms, to the parents envisioning their future family times in the kitchen and family room, having parties and family get togethers… everything that goes into creating lifetime memories.

From Jess:

"Meeting Judy Weiniger was like getting a breath of fresh air for my husband and I. We were struggling to find the right Realtor that we connected with and could trust. That changed when we met Judy. She is energetic, honest, and very knowledgeable in the real estate market. You will feel her positive energy and enthusiasm the minute you meet her. I have already recommended friends to her and will continue to do so." -Jess
