Every pita or salad you order is made before your eyes, and you can add any of their massive selection of fresh ingredients to you order to make each dish your own. A huge point of pride is that none of their food is ever frozen; their crepes, pitas and meats are all made fresh daily. They get their meats fresh from Pat LaFreida meat purveyors, and only use grass-fed certified Angus beef. And another huge plus? Gluten-free folks will be pleased to hear that Pita Grill and Creperie has a wide selection of gluten-free items, including crepes, sandwiches and burgers, and their ultimate goal it to be able to make any item on their menu completely gluten free.
