Judy also helped us find a local house rental for 4 months while our renovation was taking place.  She was extremely gracious spending time looking at rentals with us during hours that undoubtedly cut into her personal and family time.

It's been a while since we saw you at closing of our Warren house sale.  As we enjoy our current new home, we thought about you a lot.  We really want to send you a big heart felt THANK YOU for your tireless and precious help that made this transition possible.

You first met us as one of the real estate agents that Jane picked among dozens of well-known local selling agents.  All of you showed a great deal of enthusiasm and professionalism.  After meeting you a few times more, you stood out as somebody who knows the market, most importantly somebody who seems genuinely cares and listens, with soft touch which later turned out to be an invaluable approach in the selling of our house.  We thought that you were our best choice also because that you listed enough houses in the areas to really know the market but not too many at the time of our sale. We listed our house at the beginning of housing market down turn last year. It was important to list the house at the right price considering that we were in the middle of purchasing current house.  You spent many days and hours to show us the market and answer any questions and concerns that we had. The house had an offer 3 weeks after the listing! We knew that if it wasn't for you that we may not have the offer.  Seriously. You are totally professional. You were on top of this sell. You previewed the house and gave detailed quick improvement suggestions and provided good contractors to do the job. You had first-rate photographer to help the sale. You advertised the house in every major newspapers, web sites and local real estate magazines at the right time. You followed every lead with phone calls, having detailed logs and feed back to us. With more serious potential buyer, your soft and genuine approach won their trust.  Valuable information about the house now has a channel to be delivered to our buyer, who actually was both buyer and buyer's agent.

Getting a contract was just the beginning of the final sale.  Going through inspection and negotiate repairs and other issues were also very mind bothering and time consuming. You helped us every step of the way. Buyer's concern about the stucco was a big issue during the process. We couldn't remember how many phone calls between you, buyer and us.  You are always there whenever the buyer or we need you, patiently, tirelessly, and sweetly with helpful knowledge and resolution of the issue involved.  What impress us the most is your integrity as a seller's agent. You stood firm to represent the best interest of ours. You thought for us when we failed to do so. You are really our agent that we can discuss issues with.  You didn't push for a sale just to make the sale.
