Our exclusive Homeowner's Edge Workshop features an impressive panel of real estate and design industry leaders eager to share their knowledge and expertise with you. Judith Weiniger, a renowned broker; Silvia Gianni, a seasoned real estate agent; and Jason Kelly, a talented stager and designer, are all part of our team of professionals with decades of experience in the field.

In addition, we're excited to announce that we have added a new special guest, Elaine Fernando, who will join us for the May workshop. Each guest speaker will provide valuable insights and practical advice to help you effectively sell your property.

JASON KELLY, Designer and Stager

Jason Kelly is a well-known designer and stager with a passion for real estate. He started his career in design, utilizing his skills in 3-dimensional space and color theory to create stunning residential designs.

Eventually, Jason's love for real estate led him to open his own design firm in Philadelphia, Home Details. While working on various projects, fate led him to Darlene, and together they founded the successful partnership, SIMPLICITY.

Jason's contributions inspired the SIMPLICITY brand "Design for Real Estate," and his work has been featured in various design and real estate publications.

His keen eye for 3-dimensional space and creating structural solutions have been instrumental to SIMPLICITY's competitive edge, and he brings a uniquely male perspective to the staging industry.

Today, Jason oversees the design for the real estate division at SIMPLICITY and continues to inspire others with his passion for design and real estate

ELAINE FERNANDO,  Move Manager & Professional Organizer

Elaine Fernando is a highly experienced move manager and professional organizer passionate about helping others achieve organizational bliss.

After spending 25 years working for international investment banking firms on Wall Street, where she honed her personal and professional managerial skills, Elaine decided to make a career change.

With her love for working with others and finding creative solutions to problems, Elaine was drawn to the field of professional organization.

She founded Organized Transitions LLC®, a New Jersey-based company that specializes in organizing homes, businesses, and estates and providing national and worldwide move management services.

Despite her bustling schedule, Elaine endeavors to secure time for business travel, granting her the ability to be in service with clients from throughout the nation and beyond.
