An area resident for over 30 years, Jody's first career started in commercial real estate investment and ended in private wealth management. She followed her mother’s career path by getting her residential real estate license when her boys were in college. She always wanted to work in her community.Jody's success in real estate over the past 7 years was with one of the big brokerages. Jody joined Weiniger Realty because she shares Judy and the firm’s client-centered focus and emphasis on personal touch. ..."I love being in a career that blends my business and analytical skills with my love of connecting with people in the communities where I live and shop and recreate," says Jody.

Whether helping empty-nesters downsize or young families upsize, Jody’s experience in both areas serve her clients well. Knowledge is power, in all endeavors. Jody has earned several designations in the real estate industry to help her best serve her clients: ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource). Jody is the 2020 President Elect of the Women’s Council of Realtors North Central Network.

Fun Facts:

- Current residents of Basking Ridge, Jody and her husband raised their family in the towns of Berkeley Heights, Scotch Plains and Fanwood.
- Jody enjoys tennis, yoga, gardening, family BBQs, time at the beach and spectator sports of all kinds.
- Jody’s daughter-in-law Melissa got her real estate license two years ago and helps Jody with her practice on weekends and during her summers off from teaching.
- Jody and Abby (a mixed rescue dog) are learning agility.
